Service details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Revive Media and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership rights to deliverables as specified in individual project contracts. Revive Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for projects
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary content, assets, and approvals as required
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Ensure they have rights to any content provided to us

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in the currency specified in the proposal

6. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines will be provided in project proposals. Delays caused by late client feedback, content submission, or scope changes may extend the timeline. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

7. Revisions & Changes

The number of revision rounds will be specified in project proposals. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Revive Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from our digital marketing services, as these depend on various factors beyond our control.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Client pays for all work completed to date
  • Revive Media delivers all completed work
  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
